I like this community of Tiny homes. I've been watching it be developed over the last 18 months or so.




Most of the homes in the location are from the Incredible Tiny Homes out of East TN.

And then if you want to go upscale -
This is nearish in the opposite direction from the one above. This is at the very foot of Green Mountain. Green Mountain seems to block the worse of weather from this location. This location is much fancier, and about 3 to 4 times costlier than the Cottage above.
