My budget is tight because of health expenses and I am tired of seeing companies charge over $50K for what looks like a basic shed. I've been thinking of transitioning to a tiny home so I can finally move out of my parents house. I found a company called DeepBlue SmartHouse that offers a model called the Cider Box and I want to know if anyone here has used them. I saw a post on Reddit but I wanted to check if anyone here dealt with them in the past. Thanks!

Try asking if the home comes with electrical and plumbing already certified for US building codes.

You should look for local Texas builders who use SIP panels because they offer the best insulation for our hot climate.
