I am searching for a prefab tiny home that is smaller than fifteen by twenty feet but I am having trouble finding a design that fits my needs. I want something with a square shape rather than a long rectangle and it must include a rooftop deck for extra outdoor space. Many of the standard models I see are not quite right so I am looking for a company that allows for minor changes without requiring a fully custom build. It is important to find a builder who can handle these specific dimensions while keeping the structure affordable and easy to ship. And I would love to know if anyone has found a reliable brand that offers these types of modifications for small living spaces.

Honestly, that is kind of challenging but have you heard of companies like Backcountry Tiny Homes and Small House Solutions? they are specialized in these types of vertical modifications on compact and non-rectangular frames. Shippable size and is more affordable than a ground-up custom build.

Don't forget to ask about shipping costs upfront. Afaik, wider square shapes often cost more to ship than narrower trailers.
