Should I use Helical piles for timberframe shed?

Hello tiny homers! I am planning a quick build for a roundwood timberframe pavilion that will also have a smaller SIP structure inside for dehydrating harvested materials.

For the main timberframe, I am going to use our own eastern redcedar posts set right in the ground. But for the small SIP building, I was considering helical screw piles as the foundation or footers. I am designing this whole project around keeping the cost low, making it fast to build, and having a low ecological impact.

Does anyone have experience using helical piles like this and what are your thoughts on how well they would work for a small SIP structure next to timber posts?

The best thing you can do is drive them without hitting the rock. Just be ready with a plan b in case you accidentally hit it. Good luck!
