I own a lot that is paid in full in Colorado, but it has a HOA. I can't afford to build there. Now I'm making 40 payments on a lot in Interlachen, Florida. Are there any Tiny Home communities in Interlachen? Is anyone familiar with the area? I would not build a tiny home before paying off the land. I love tiny homes, but I'm not knowledgeable of this field.

Not familiar too but when I checked, there's no known tiny homes community in Interlachen. I found this Trails End Outdoors RV Park & Cabins and good option for THOWs. You might want to check them out and see if they know any.
