In planning my shed home buildout. I wonder if its worthwhile to put other shedhomes on that lot and maybe a few others that are zoned res/comm. use after a while.
There are others in the area that have rv lots on properties like mine. There are people in sheds here now, so i know the small low budget living is viable... however people can be...... people 🤔
Any thoughts ?

It's doable, there are plenty of people doing it, but it's not just about dropping a shed on a land. You'll need to check the rules and regulations about this. I'm guessing you'll need permits and compliance to ensure you're doing everything right. The most important thing to note is that they vary from one region to another. Where do you plan to do this?

Codes are non enforced. You can do what you want out here, ( more or less).
There are many Sheds, rv, tar paper shacks, earthship type structures and Earthbags which is really the way to go for someone of limited strength or funds.
Basically an area for those priced out of citylife or escaping the woes of citylife.
Aa you may have guessed, the location is conveniently located in middle of nowhere. In Central New Mexico

The cost of housing is much to high ! It excludes those with fixed income and or starting over. For instance, single mothers, those escaping an abusive situation with only what they can carry. Or those that have to get by on 900 a month.
I think i see a minor solution with some of the land i have.... or maybe not.
this could be a close ref. Point
