Help design Tiny House with "We Shed" layout

We just put a new 12x28' shed on our RV lot and we want to turn it into a tiny house we call our "We Shed," with her 16' side for guests and my 12' end for a garage.

The guest area needs a full setup including a shower, toilet, sink, bed, and living space for friends and family, and the good news is we already have power, water, and sewer hooked up to the right side wall.

We've tried taping out ideas on the floor but seeing other people's tiny house pictures made us rethink everything so we need guidance on design and layout.

We want to fit a full or queen bed, a shower, a toilet, a small kitchen with a sink, hot plate, and microwave, and a sitting area for watching TV.

I don't know where to start looking for long, narrow floor plans like this, so any insights, search tips, or ideas for maximizing the space would be really helpful.

Kinda tight space. I suggest having a fold out bed because of that space. It'll be easier to move around when bed is tucked if not in use. Don't use a connecting door between the we shed and garage so it doesn't take much space and use a half bath instead of full and have a separate shower instead.

Have you considered looking at RV layouts?
It can also give you practical ideas because they are built around similar long and narrow footprints. A layout like yourrs works best when the bathroom and kitchen share one wall. Since that makes the plumbing simpler.

You might want to place the bathroom and kitchen back to back tto keep plumbing short and then let the bed and sitting area take the wider scetion toward the front.
