Have you seen Tiny Homes made of shipping containers, prefabs, etc.?

I've seen creative builds using container homes, modular units, or prefab shells that are trending.

Of course it has quick build times, modern aesthetics, and durable materials.

But while you spend less on the actual build, you'll spend more on insulation and HVAC. And customization can be challenging depending on the structure. So, either you build fast with the hybrid set up or build the usual way.

Works if you have nice weather. But with extreme heat or with winter, you need proper insulation and HVAC. But yes, prefabs and shipping containers are definitely cheaper.
