Finding a pro to fix My Tiny House

I’m officially done with the DIY life. I live in a tiny house in Western Nebraska, and honestly, I’ve started to dread going home. It’s a half-finished shed with no HVAC, plumbing done by my friend, and even sketchier electrical.
I don't have $100k, but I’m ready to pay a real professional to fix the mess and actually make this a home. The problem is, searching contractor near me isn't turning up much.

What keywords should I be using? Is there a specific type of builder who handles tiny homes or small-scale renovations? Any tips for finding a reliable pro when you're out in the middle of nowhere?

Have you tried checking for a plumber and electrician in farm communities in your area? Afaik, they are often very willing to travel for smaller jobs if you pay for their time and materials.

This is me when I built my first tiny house. OP, look for a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber. Usually bigger, established firms are better.
And you can ask your neighbors who they use and maybe check google reviews. Shouldn't cost anywhere near 100 k for a tiny home. Maybe 10K-30k. Do urgent stuff first.

Have you considered hiring a licensed tradespeople rather than a general builder? You also need to hire a local electrician to secure your wiring and look for a dedicated HVAC technician to install a mini split system.
