When should you really shop for Christmas gifts?

Do you shop for Christmas gifts during Black Friday sales or wait until school break?

I shop on Black Friday and I do not wait until school break. Christmas rush is not for me. Do you also buy gifts on Black Friday?

@valak* I agree! I also prefer buying on Black Friday. I am trying to wrap everything while the kids are still in school. It’s not as exciting when my kids find out what their presents are.

Since last year I no longer shop on Black Friday. My kids gifts were lost in shipment and filling a claim was a nightmare. I always buy after school break and just hide the gifts in our garage.

I shop during Black Friday sales or earlier. I try to focus on small gifts for minimalist or I do art.
