tiny house foundation on a budget

I'm trying to figure out the cheapest way to build a foundation for my tiny house, which will be 600 square feet max.

I'm looking for something that's easy to DIY in a remote location with minimal equipment. I've already ruled out concrete slabs because they're too expensive and a pain to get to a middle of nowhere site.
I love the idea of using earth screws for their simplicity, but the equipment needed to install them is a huge hassle.
So what's left? I'm thinking concrete piers might be my best bet, but I'm wondering if there are any other alternative foundations I should consider.

I'm also curious about what options might be up to code versus those that would only work for something like a shed or gazebo. What would you guys use for a project like this?

Concrete piers are a solid, code-approved choice. Or, if you're trying to save some cash and like doing things yourself, CMU pier blocks or treated lumber skids could work. Just keep in mind they might not pass inspection if you're planning on living there full-time.

@familyh0me If the goal is truly minimal cost and equipment, the absolute easiest thing to do is a Deck Block or Cinder Block foundation on top of a prepared, compacted gravel pad
