Have you noticed this trend? Tiny home communities are popping up everywhere... some shared gardens, common spaces, and neighbors with similar values. Although some are starting to invade properties and are frowned upon by communities nearby. With the rising cost of housing, I think this trend will grow over the next few years.

What's good with it is it has a built-in social life and shared costs for utilities or land which is great but it has less privacy and sometimes have restrictive community rules.

Not everyone liked it. I've heard some neighborhoods resist these developments because they worry about property values or zoning issues.
