A lot of people love to move from place to place and want minimalist living or they call living with less and so it's not a surprise that "mobility" is still a big draw because people love being able to take their home wherever life leads them, like for work or just simply living the simple travel life. I think this is now becoming attractive to some people because it's a travel-friendly lifestyle and there's freedom from property taxes, the problem is parking laws can be confusing, and constant moving wears on the home and the owner.
