Keeping Tiny Home water lines warm

I am looking for ways to insulate the area under my tiny home to stop the water lines from freezing.

The inside of the house stays warm but the pipes tucked under the floor still get too cold. I already use heat tape and foam tubes for the main line but the pipes running to the kitchen and bathroom are still a problem. I thought about building a skirt around the base to block the air. But this area gets very windy and I worry a normal skirt might just blow away. I even thought about using something inflatable to fill the gap between the ground and the house. It is a struggle to keep the water moving when the winter weather gets harsh. And I really want to find a solution that stays put during a storm.

Try using rigid foam board for a skirt and weigh it down with heavy stones or concrete blocks.

Do you think spray foam insulation on the underside of the floor would help protect those internal pipes?

Seal any small gaps in the floor where the pipes enter the house to keep the cold air out.

Have you considered adding a small space heater or a heat lamp under the house inside a solid skirt?
