Cargo trailer camper build for hunting trips

Turned a used cargo trailer (6x12) into a simple camper for hunting season. I wanted something off-grid and easy to haul, so I skipped the plumbing and went with a basic electric setup, AGM batteries, an inverter, plus propane heat. Planning to beef up the insulation and squeeze more juice out of my batteries before winter hits. Anyone else rocking a similar setup in freezing weather?

AGMs and propane heat get the job done, but insulation makes all the difference once temps drop, I added rigid foam board and some Reflectix, and it helped a ton, if you're looking to stretch battery life, maybe swap to LED lighting and keep the inverter use minimal

Do off-grid setups like this actually save money and hassle long-term, or are people just romanticizing roughing it while ignoring the constant maintenance headaches and battery replacements?
