Anyone here tried foam concrete for small home extensions?

I'm considering using foam concrete for a small home extension. I've heard it's lighter, easier to work with, and can save money on materials. Has anyone here tried it for residential projects? I'd love to hear about any durability or insulation concerns you might have noticed over time.

I've looked into it as part of an Earth Ship Tiny Home I'd like to build.

Just make sure to seal it well since it's more porous than standard concrete, so moisture can creep in if you're not careful.

Air pockets give it good thermal and acoustic insulation. It can make a home extension more comfortable and energy efficient.

But because it's lighter and has a lower density, it's generally not as strong as regular concrete and may not be suitable for load-bearing walls.
